West Edge Dentistry was able to squeeze me in for a quick cleaning during my lunch break. The staff is always very friendly and extremely thorough with the cleanings. The facility is spotless and the checkout process is quick. My kids actually enjoy coming to the dentist.

I had a very frustrating experience with West Edge Dental Care. I tried multiple times to schedule an appointment through their online booking system, only to arrive at the office and be told I didn’t actually have an appointment. If the online scheduling tool doesn’t guarantee an appointment, that needs to be clearly communicated. It wasted my time on more than one occasion. On top of that, the front desk staff were consistently rude and had an unpleasant attitude both over the phone and in person. Instead of trying to help resolve the scheduling issue, I felt like I was treated as though the inconvenience was my fault. I hope the office improves its online scheduling process and customer service because patients deserve clear communication and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

All staff polite and knowledgeable, called at 8am the time of my appointment Haley the dental , assistant was a joy and easy to talk too, Dentist with all smiles came in a little later, described to her my problem, she asked me if I wanted implants that was a big No for me then she suggested best treatment for me and I agreed with her paid my down-payment and necessary work began, waiting for the outcome, man handling finance business was nice too, office smelled and was very clean, I am very impressed and so happy. BEST dental office I ever been to. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

I had a pleasant experience during a routine cleaning. The dental hygienist, Courtney made my day all the better. She answered all my questions professionally and patiently. She wanted to make sure that I was okay before starting the cleaning process. I mentioned I preferred using the pick to remove plaque vs the powered utensil. She reassured me that it (power utensil) would be used sparingly and gently, since I have sensitive teeth due to crowding. All, I can say is she did a fabulous job! Hands down one of the best I encountered that cause no pain whatsoever, while giving my teeth a great workout. Thank you Courtney.

I absolutely love this place. My dental hygienist, Courtney, is impeccable. She is professional, kind, understanding, patient, and answers all of my questions. I feel truly grateful for all their hard work and kindness. Going to any medical office can be daunting, but the folks at West Edge Dental Care really make a difference and make you feel very comfortable. They go over everything and I mean everything. From the sensation of your gums to the billing plan. There is no surprise that you don’t know of. Go ahead and make that appointment.
